I’m am trying to put my account on the 90 day hold but the instructions say to go to payment options tab in my account.. There is no payment options tab😠
Getting very frustrated with Public Mobile.

click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and select Payment page

When I sign in to my account, all it shows for options is subscription usage box and add-ons box and nothing else

@cmcsb1962 the on hold "option" is to disable Autopay, which is the Subscribed toggle on My Account or via *611
To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:
And a reminder, do not wait till 90th day to resume, come back on the 85th day and use Incognito mode to confirm payment is completed successfully and account reactivated

Go into your payments on the left tab then the next page click on manage subscription then the toggle to the left and that will cancel the payment at the next billing cycle.
