Payment on account to unsuspend service

I ended up buying two vouchers, because the first one wouldn't work.  Now the second one won't accept the number as well, a 50.00 and now a 40.00.... even the attended at Walmart processed the second one, won't accept the voucher number.  This is very frustrating, site is very frustrating to use or get help to resolve the issue.   Paid 90 00 still no service, and can't seem to use this online service to resolve this ?????????

Some vouchers take some time, @darlicious has a voucher catalogue I cant seem to find that shows what works right away and what does not.

@Ricky3 the vouchers may not be activated yet.. some take 24hrs to become valid. contact customer support here

@Ricky3 How long ago was service suspended? If >90 days the account was closed and you must activate a new SIM/account.

Vouchers purchased at some stores take longer to activate than others. It can take 24 hours.

 

Since you have 2 vouchers from the same store? you should try the older voucher first.

As others suggested, try redeeming thru both your self-serve account and by dialing 611.

 

Pay With A Payment Voucher

  1. Press 1 from the main menu.
  2. Press 1 to select payment via voucher.
  3. Enter the 12 digit pin from your payment voucher. The location of the PIN varies depending on where you purchase your voucher; however, you will typically find it on the top or the bottom of your receipt. Below is an example, so you know what to look for:

@Ricky3 try entering them through the one time payment option in your self service account.  You can enter both of them together. Stay safe.

@Ricky3  If you can add them to your funds take photos of the receipts and include them when submitting a ticket to PM and ask them to add them for you.

 

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking  here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

Try adding them to your account by dialing 611.
