Recently I haven’t been getting payment notices together with thanks for payment. I am on automatic payment plan linked to my credit card. I want to confirm that I’m still registered to the plan.

You can login to your account and check if AutoPay is Enabled and if your account is Active.
If AutoPay is disabled, just turn it back on. Seems that the system disable on some members account.

You SHOULD get such SMS every 30 days if your account is active unless you are blocking SMS from 611.
Log in, check if your account is active and verify payment history.

You can call *611 and it will tell you if your plan is active and when is your next renewal date
you can also login to My Account site and check if your account status is active and check the plan cycle date
