Payment not working

Just bought a payment voucher and every time I type in the 12 digit pin it says it is invalid and it is legible on the receipt.

Many people have reported that vouchers purchased sometimes take more than 24 hours to be activated.If the vouchers still not working Please send a private message to MOD.

I've in past had activation problems when buying top ups or gift cards sometimes its just about having to wait a bit and sometimes it's the stores fault and they messed up. Rest assured I know you'll get it figured out!

Ive heard it can be similar to like paying a bill online takes time to registrar.

Like someone else mentioned if you dont get a paid message in a reasonable amout of time alert a monitor.

Some retailers may be slow to upload voucher PINs to the system (See here). Wait patiently.
