I just made a $15 credit card payment to top up my account, but the account balance still shows $0.00. Where has the payment gone?

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your history payment,
and which plan you are on,
and when your date cycle !

@EsterML were you renewing or activating or owing for the $15 plan?
If so, that's probably where it went.
Look under you payment history on your self serve account.
