Using a Canadian Credit card, post code is the same as at the bank but payment cannot be processed.

@blancheneige are you trying to update your credit card into through the PM website? If so, try it through the app. Or you can try again through a different web browser or by clearing the browser's cache

Try clearing the cache on your browser first or use the PM app.
If those didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent.
