If you want to completely remove your credit card, you will need to make a request to customer service. Note that by doing that, you will be unable to fund your account via that current card unless you re-add it after.

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in your community inbox to check it from time to time. Due to high volumes, the delays for your ticket can be 24-48 hours.

are you looking to finalize services here, or just prevent the account from automatically renewing on renewal?
If you remove the payment card, of course, you know the account will suspend at the end of the 30 day cycle.
in that case, you’ll need to make a manual payment and load it into your available funds prior to renewal to ensure continuation of service – if that’s what you want.
