Payment method for bill

hello, can we pay the bill by entering our credit card info every month by ourself, or we have to have the pre-authorized credit card info with them? Thank you!

OP can also log in to his/her/it's account shortly before renewal date...re-enable Subscribed (Autopay) and renewal will be successful. Then later, he can disable Subscribed (Autoapy) until just before next renewal again. 

My question is...why would you want to do that when enabling Subscribed (Auatopay) ensures seamless renewal without issues.

during activation, you must enter a valid Cdn payment card and it'll be used for future payments. You can disable Subscribed (Autopay) after successful activation so the future renewals will need to be done manually.
