Payment made but does not show in balance...

added funds to add a top up.....does the payment take some time to be processed?

Successful payments are immediately displayed on your self-serve account.

 

In order to see the payment, you may need to log off the self-serve account, then log back in.  Try clearing your cache and cookies and opening self serve in an incognito tab.

 

Depending on the method of payment, check to see that the amount was debited from the payment card.

When is your renewal date ?

Your plan amount is either taken from your balance or charged to your autopay card at 2am eastern. 

 

Edit Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

You'll have to go into your account and press the reactivation button.  

Don't forget to restart your phone too.

 

Were you trying to add funds to your account by using a voucher or a credit card on file in your account?

 

Try dialing 611 and see what it says about your account status and payments.
