Would is my payments not going through? It repeated the numbers correctly and said I've added $50 and I had $7 to start with ?????

@jess45 if you added voucher via *611, it might take couple minutes for it to update and reactivate your plan. Call back in 15 mins to confirm if the voucher was added and applied towards renewal

@jess45 did you get all the info from *611? best to login to My Account and you can see clearly and check the Payment History. Also is your service working now? Check My Acxount to see the account status first. If the account shoe's suspended, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps after

@jess45 hi you added a voucher? look for a reactivate button press it and reboot your phone
