Hi I have tried several times to subscribe and each time I’m told that payment processed but there was a problem with my account. I’ve received no emails and no payment has come off of my card. I can’t seem to subscribe

You might have tried too many times and the card could have been flagged on PM system
You need to wait 24 hours, then use the PM app to setup another account with another email address and try again

@Hart79 - are you porting in from another carrier? or brand new subscription? Kindly note that you can only subscribe using the PM APP, not the web version. Perhaps that's what is causing the issue?
