My payment is not going though even though my card info is correct. And I have also tried using other card as well but the same error message pops up saying oops, something went wrong, please try again.

Awesome. With pm there is often a little trick or tip to move things along....just jiggle the key a little before turning the door knob kinda thing.

Log out of your self serve account.
Log back in but before you do this wait 1 hour since your last attempt at making a payment. Once an hour has passed try again.
You're only allowed two attempts at payment before having to wait out an hour. If you try too many times with the same card you will trigger a fraud lock and you will have to contact customer support to remove it. They can help you add your card and make a payment if that happens.
