@juanluis - So you already changed plans in your My Account, you mean?
Does your My Account show your new plan? Log in make sure to either clear your browser's history /cache or open a tab in incognito mode to then log into My Account.
If the plan change happened within 48 hours and you went from 3G to 4G then it is said that the speed changes do take 48 hours to take effect.

Your sim card has nothing to do with your network. You've always been connected to the 4G LTE network along with the 3G network mostly used for voice calls. You need to go into your settings>> mobile networks and see if you are on the 4G/3G/2G (auto connect) setting.

@juanluis it should nothing to do with the sim card. The sim card itself will work from 2G to 4G, even 5G
So, if you go to your settings, Connections, Mobile Network, look for Preferred network, you should see different choices there, make sure you select either Automatic, or some choices that include 4G or LTE. Let us know if you can find that screen
Update:
these should be the exact steps:
- Swipe up.
- Select Settings.
- Select Connections.
- Select Mobile networks.
- Select Network mode.
- Select your preferred option.

The Triple Punch SIM card fits most phones as it’s a Standard, Micro and Nano SIM card all rolled into one; simply remove adapter on SIM card in the size that fits and insert it into your phone
Edit: @juanluis
Changing the Network Mode on Samsung
for change plan they charge new plan cost and not showing right away, it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 4G speed,
and for plan has change but the system will be changed soon.
could you do turn off device and turn on.
