Made a payment on my debit visa and it went through but my plan hasn’t updated yet…

Log in to your account...you'll likely see those $$ sitting in Available Funds. When your plan goes through the renewal process...it'll convert any Rewards, then go to Available Funds to payment.
If there's nothing in Available Funds...it then looks to see if you've on-file credit card or debit card set to Autopay.
Good idea to have a cc or debit card on file and set to Autopay...then you'll get the $2 Autopay Reward every time your plan renews itself... (even if you want to still manually pay ahead of renewal).

What do you mean 'made a payment'? Did you just add funds to your account? When is your renewal day? Are you on autopay?

@donaldmitch84 , is your service disrupted? If not, don't worry about it yet. Normally, the self serve account does go through a slow metamorphosis during renewal day.
