There is no chrge per message, or any other individual usage at Public Mobile. I assume you mean that the message is counting towards your total?  Are you on the $10 plan that only includes 50 outgoing text messages?

 

As for payment, did you card get declined or otherwise rejected by Public Mobile?

You can only be charged for texts if you are using an app such as iMessage rather than normal SMS/MMS.

What is in your Available Funds on the first screen in self service. Have you looked at your payment history in self service. Did you check your credit card to see if the payment went through.

When is your renewal date ?  Try making a $1 manual payment.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner.

If you are on a current PM plan, texting is unlimited.

 

Log into self service and see Available Funds. Is it there?
