I would try the porting helpline, but first try to reboot device and remove and replace SIM card.

Hi @abukamal  it may take up to 2 - 3 hours to complete mobile number transfers.

How long ago did you say yes to porting?

Try to reboot the phone again. Freedom will need to port your number over to PM. Be patient.

If it doesn’t work, log on your account and contact a PM mediator.

@abukamal How long has it been? Put your old sim in the phone and keep using it until it stops. THEN put in your PM sim. If it has been more than a few hours contact a moderator for help.

@abukamal

If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port.

Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.

Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.

Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services until the port is complete.

@abukamal  Your porting is not complete. You need to keep the old SIM and wait for a text from Freedom to confirm you are porting over to PM. Once you confirm with YES, power off the phone and replace the old SIM with the PM SIM then power up the phone. You are ready to go.

@abukamal hi when you port a number you must leave your old sim in your phone to receive a text from them asking if you wish to port your number did you get the text?
