I can’t update my payment info. When attempting to create a ticket, I get an error message. @Support

@Jaydaniels wait an hour and try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode and try again. Better try with a different card if you have

Unfortunately the ticket system is broken so you’ll have to reach out to customer service via the community mailbox. 

But before you do that please try the following steps:

1. Clear the browser data and cache from your web browser and open an incognito window. 
2. Login to your account and navigate to the payments tab.
3. Click manage subscription, and then manage payment method. It is here that you can type in your new payment info.

The system might give you an error if too many attempts are made within a short time frame so please wait an hour or two between. But if you continue to have issues please reach out to customer service through the community mailbox.
