Afternoon everyone, I’m currently a subscriber and had zero issues creating account. I’m currently having an issue creating account for mother in law. I’ve created accounted, added SIM card and getting fail at payment. I have tried 2 different Visa debit that are used daily to no avail. Even created account twice with 2 different email…no luck
if anyone has assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

Update to this situation
still unable to register new account, payment failed every time. Have tried multiple devices and payment methods. What would be the best way to communicate this issue to customer support?

The system seem to be running slow and glitch right now even for me typing this message.
Un-install the app, wait a few minutes and try again. Wait a few minutes.
Don't forget to copy your refer a friend code from your account to hers.

Just to be on the safe side, I would check to see whether your Visa debit cards were charged.
If not charged, you can try again. The website is finicky. You can try with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device. Or directly via the PM app.
If you were charged, try to insert PM SIM card to see if service.
