Hi,
I had 2 numbers on my account and the second number seems to be deactivate. Why is this ? how do I fix this and reactivate the number?

You can only have one number on each account. Did you forget the other email address?

@omarlittle- What do you mean that you had 2 numbers on your account? With Public Mobile, each phone line has its own account.
