Payment declined

Hello, I tried to set up autopay using my Visa debit card but every single time the payment kept getting declined. We contacted the bank and they said it's not their fault.

@kothasanju hi people have been having issues lately with setting up there visa debit (even more then usual) you may have to contact a moderator for assistance here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Call 611 and try to make a payment through the phone. Sometimes it will work that way when an active debit card won't through the site. 

 

If that doesn't work you can contact a moderator at the link below but it takes 2-3 days for a reply.

In the meantime to benefit from autopay if the 611 payment did not work, you can purchase a voucher and add funds to your account.   Please post if it worked through 611.

If you didn’t register a card at activation, you can do so by signing in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Register my Credit or Visa Debit Card’.  Accepted credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.
