Hi,
When I joined a year ago my payment date was the 14th but it kept creeping up to the 9th! I think I'm good and before I know it the service is suspended! I am glad it is a quick fix but how can i plan for billing that way?

everytime your account renews and you receive the congrats text add more funds to the account. use the renewal process as a reminder to pay. this is the best way to keep your service uninterrupted. since your account just renewed I would add more funds for the next renewal.

@Momma22 best way is to enable Pre-Authorized payments and hence you don't have to worry about it
If Sept 9 was your renewal date, your next couple one would be

Nov 8
Dec 8
Jan 7
Feb 6
Mar 8
Apr 7 ...

HI @Momma22 this is actually correct.
PM cycle is 30 days and not monthly. So, the payment date will keep changing.

Because it's 30 days, not monthly. The date creeps up on 301 day months and back down after February.
