Payment confirmation

I have ordered a new SIM card. I have payed for the SIM as money has been taken from my account. However, I did not receive a payment confirmation. How can I confirm my sim card has been ordered?

@mrjcrooks   check your spam box, it might be there.  PM should send you a confirmation of the order

 

And as other said, it could take as many as 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.  So, if you need it quick, you might want to check local kiosks.  They might give you the SIM for free if you activate with them.

If payment has been taken from your credit card then the order is being processed.

It will take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

As noted by others, you can contact a PM CSAgent to confirm your order by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in create a ticket for a Customer Service Agent.

It's possilble that the e-mail message about your order was filtered as spam. I would suggest looking in your e-mail account's junk mail folder to be sure.

Give it a couple of weeks for the sim to arrive.

edit; how long ago did you order the sim ?
