Payment cannot be processed, cannot submit a ticket

I have been trying all day to update my credit card info but every time i have attempted to it says "i'm sorry we are having troubles right now please try again later. I went to the community and i tried waiting an hour clearing cookies, data etc than signed in and attempted again and that didn't work, waited another hour tried from a different browser, that didn't work, waited another hour and tried from a different device (my husbands iphone and my personal laptop) and that didn't work. I tried submitting a ticket and i am getting an error 404. Can someone please help, it is VERY important that i have my phone back up and running because i am a health care worker and i am always on call.

The ticketing system is hit and miss recently. Try to private message CSA:

Expect 1-2 hours response. 

If you need service right away, you could purchase a voucher in store and load up.  Ie. Shoppers, certain gas stations, london drugs, etc.  You can even use online vendor like recharge.com (but service fee applies)
