So I am a Public mobile client and I had a subscription when I lived in Toronto, ON.
I left on the sixth of December from Canada for good.
But I forgot to cancel the subscription. So this morning Public mobile charged me the monthly fee.
I want to know if I can cancel the payment. I can’t or have used the number, so no phone calls, txt or internet, because Public mobile doesn’t work in my country (Estonia).
The payment is pending right now and it’s the first of January and less than two hours after I got the bank message that the fee was charged!
Thank you and a Happy New Year.

hi @VahiEst
can you still login My Account? First, login with 2FA sent to email and stop the Autopay to stop PM from charging you further.. To get 2FA sent to email, click Didn't Receive Code, or Resend Code, then choose Send email. After you login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and disable "Subscribed" there

Thank you for answering!
My bank told me they will not cancel it, it has to be Public mobile.
I will try the option you offered me here and we will see. There’s nothing wrong to try and ask. And I stopped the auto subscription right after I saw the bank message.

@VahiEst You can try to work with your bank to have the charge removed, or you can start a chat with Public Mobile using the orange chat icon on the bottom right of this screen and plead your case. It may/may not result in a refund. You may also need to wait until Jan 2 to get a reply from PM as today is a Holiday. To avoid this in the future, log in to your PM account, and go to subscription. Then manage subscription and set your renewal to “unsubscribe”. Hope this helps.
