It renewed today but days the client is not available when people try to call me

And no gps

Checked VoLTE and roaming and still nothing. Baad timing

as you mentioned about AT&T , are you in US or Canada now?

if you are in US, yes, you need to turn on Mobile data roaming.  Change the connection to Manual and try all 3 networks: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon.  Choose one that work

if you are just in Canada, then you can still change connection to Manual but choose Public Mobile.

The phone is apparently all compatible today I had to unsuspend or reactivate the account I don't know why I keep having to do that but whatever and now when somebody calls me it goes right to voicemail again whereas before my package renewed it was saying after working just fine that this customer is not available. As the network reset when you go to roaming and pick AT&T or whatever not automatic?

GPS? It has nothing to do with the PM. GPS service is provided by your phone

Did you account successfully renew?  Login into your account to check if account status is active or suspended.  

Does texting work?  data?  Which model phone?  Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network?

Might want to try a simple reboot of your phone.  Then a network reset of phone.

Could be a problem from the account renewal.  Did you login My Account and confirm the account was renewed successfully? Use browser with incognito mode to avoid cache problem 

And try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings 

But if you really cannot get it working and account was indeed renewed, ask PM to check 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
