Payment and subscription circle

I have subscription circle from Feb 14 to March 16. And the renew date starts on March 16 and payment date is also on March 16. Does this pay on March 16  cover Feb14-March 16, or next circle March 16-April 13. Also, I’m wondering if I plan to switch another plan. What’s the best date for it. Thank you!

You can switch to a different plan whenever you wish. You'll be given option to Change Now or Change on Next Renewal....best is to change on renewal date so you don't pay until next renewal. Also, if you change your mind about the change, you can still back out until renewal date.

PM cycle is confusing.  But keep in mind, PM has a 30 days cycle

when you see Feb 14 to March 16, it does not include March 16.  So the next cycle March 16 to April 13, it includes March 16 but not April 13

PM is on a 30 days cycle so your renewal date changes about every 2 months.

The AutoPay on March 16 (around midnight) is for the cycle March 16 to April 13 for your existing plan.
