@DGalipesu sorry, what exactly is the issue?
If you need to pay your plan, you can login to My Account, and go to Payment page and you will see the upcoming bill amount and you can pay ahead of the renewal date.
Or if your account is already suspended, after you login to My Account, you can click "Reactivate my plan" and follow the steps
