I made a top up payment on my Visa that was processed to the wrong telephone number (or Public Mobile account)!!! How do I get a REFUND???

So real time payments in like a Mobil gas station? Yeah that sucks. I'm not sure how you'll get that back from here. Did you get the number of the wrong number? Did you keep the receipt? Maybe they can track it and remove it and add it to the preferred account. Sounds tricky though. If they can't then you might be doing a chargeback.

But what kind of Visa top up? did you do it via store? Retail instant top up?
if so, it's hard, but you can try to open ticket with PM support and see what they can do. Ask them to escalate, cos likely the 1st level support might not have the experience to deal with that, it's not a common case

@mifmaster PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.
But check the "wrong number" account, if the money is sitting there as Available fund, you can leave it for next renewal
Add: don't tell us you were putting the money in an account not owned by you. It will be hard to get the money back in such case

??? Was this with the real time payments option in a store? Or you logged in to the wrong account? Or you dialed 611 on a different phone? Or 1-855-4pu-blic?
