I got a text this morning saying my subscription was suspended and any attempts to reach actual help lines and not the cyclical chat bot are met with a 404 error. I can only assume there’s a server issue on their side that’s screwing things up because checking my payment history, I can see the payment made today on my account via autopay. Is anyone else having issues currently?

@Deya Did you just join PM ? Or did you have your account set to change plans for today ? If you had scheduled plan change for today and this then you need to contact support to fix

If there is money in the shopping cart for for Top-up for your next month’s payment then you are OK. It just haven’t processed it yet.
I got this on my account the day before the renewal date. It will automatically process it tonight so done click on anything as long as you still have service.
I just ignore it and let it do it’s own thing.

I’m not a new customer, I’ve been using the same plan for months and have always been on autopay.

I cannot just ignore it because my account is labelled as suspended which means all my services are not working.

did you use the app the complete the activation?
I think it is on hold because you just used the browser for the activation. After payment, you need to use the PM app to select phone number and complete the activation. Please download the app and login and complete there

@Deya If today is your renewal day and services are working . And you got this message you can ignore it . Otherwise you will try reboot the phone first is still no luck then you have to hit the pay notw and resume service button on overview page if you just switched plans for today some have experience this on renewal day and support can help fix @Deya .
