It will not accept my new payment card so i can resume my services. I also have not gotten any answers on how to fix.

Agent helped? or you just tried and it worked? and did you try a different card?

One option to get service back is to purchase vouchers at these locations:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

Then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin while a CS_Agent gets back to you.

Please wait an hour and use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to try putting your card again

you can also get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using *611  to resume service first  and fix the credit card issue later
