Why is there absolutely no consistency with when payments are taken? It has always been between 26-28th of the month. When I signed up, they indicated month-end for payment. I don't mind a bit of leeway of a few days, but payment came out today and that's a week? Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you and to everyone else that has taken the time to explain the payment process. It makes sense to me more when it's explained that payments are every 30 days and NOT month end. Now I can estimate within a day or 2 when the payment will be processed.

1. Build a calendar in excel with 30 day intervals
2. Find an online option to build a calendar with 30 day intervals
3. Look at your My Account.....it always tells you what your next payment day is. I always add 1 day.
Then you will see some consistency.

Because PM's billing cycle is 30 days not fixed date of the month. So each month might be different date losing 5 days per yer.

@DonnaD Sorry, PM is on a 30 days cycle, not monthly. PM is on such systme from the beginning
So the cycle startbdate/payment date will shift up one day after a 31 days month
So, if today is your payment date, your next couple ones will be
Oct 24
Nov 23
Dec 23
Jan 22
Feb 21
Mar 23 (you kind of gain back in this payment)
