Payment Cycle and $39/50GB Plan Upgrade Clarification

Hi guys, I just saw that Public is offering a $39 plan for 50GB of data at 4G promotion. I'm currently on the $25 plan.

However, my payment cycle just started today, and I made a payment. If I decide to switch from the $25 plan to the $39 plan before the next payment cycle, does that mean I will be paying twice this month - once for the $25 plan and the other for the $39 plan?

Unfortunately, if top-up payment have gone through already but what you could do is to switch to the $39 plan now but if you switch on your next renewal date then it will switch on January 10/24.

You might want to hang on until Boxing Day. There could be a better deal then.

@ComicCuriosity  Yes, and no pro rating . So instead just change plan for next renewal and you won’t lose money on your current cycle

@ComicCuriosity , Correct., You will be paying for your new 30 day plan if you select change before your next renewal date plus what you already paid for your current 30 day plan. Unfortunately there’s no proration for unused time of your current plan so no refunds/funds returned! Please go into your account to select the plan you want but choose change plan to change on renewal not change plan now.

Edit: Fixed typo!
