Paymen slowly goes up

Why does my payment goes up since the day that I've signed up and I have not add any new service.

Without notification, that's just not possible. Even at 15% tax that comes to 28.75.

You're either changing plans or you have add-ons..which by the way are only a one-time purchase.

payment shows $30 at first then $32 but, on my credit card, it show's $33+

@hsonCan you please log in to your account and go to the Payment history, take a screenshot of two or three cycles? We will be able to find out the difference.

When you add fund to your account manually or autopay, you are paying your plan cost + tax.

If you have a $40 plan and live in ON, you will be paying $45.2 from your credit card or VISA debit card.

Can you give us an example why you feel the price goes up?

Public Mobile does not raise prices without announcement.

Did you lose any referals? Are you on a legasy or pioneer plan?

The plan you sign up for is the one you will pay for...PM wont raise orices on your plan
