Paying my bill

Public mobile says I am charged 30.00 with taxes, etc included.  Then I am billed 5.60 more on my credit card.  When I logged into my account I have no extra fees added.  I just also changed from a 20 GB plan to a 5 GB plan 1 month ago

the cost of your plan is $30 + taxes + 911 surcharge (taxes and 911 surcharge is based on the area code of your Public Mobile account)

Public Mobile has never advertised tax-included prices.  Sales taxes needs to be paid on top of all plan prices.
