4. Register a payment card and do manual payment in the self-serve

You can use either the 611 service or the self-serve to remit vouchers.

You can use the 611 service with a pre-registered payment card and your 4 digit PIN to choose certain payment amounts. And also toggle autopay (not set up payment card)

Setup autopay with credit or debit card.

You can also purchase PM topup voucher at Shell gas station.
