What is with public mobile? No contact number, robot that cant answer anything & the cell repair company i went thru to sign up has no clue about anything either! Cant pay by credit card cuz it says card co has turned it down. Card co tells me it has been approved several times yet payment is never made, phone is cut off & i have to get vouchers thru cell repair ppl to pay the dam bill. Is there some kind of hocus pocus or secret handshake that i need to know about to get some kind of results from this bull**bleep** outfit? Im fed up with it.

Apparently this place isn't for you.
I'll repeat some things.
Some random "cell repair company" isn't Public Mobiles responsibility.
You can get vouchers in many other places other than "cell repair ppl".
The exact address as shown on your payment card bill.
Don't use the apt# field.
Don't have a space in the postal code. (if your billing address has a space then drop the last digit)
Visa, Mastercard, Amex from a Canadian or US institution using a Canadian or American address.
Visa Debit and unofficially Mastercard Debit.
You can even use prepaid "credit" card gift cards.
And of course vouchers from many stores and a couple online vendors.
No hocus pocus. No doctorates in physics required.

Not really sure what to make of this comment?
If credit card company approved a charge, then no further payment is required
If credit card company declined a charge then you need another payment
A credit card company can not tell you a charge was approved and then not issue a payment
My guess (assuming you are not making things up) is the bank told you there is nothing wrong with your card and ask merchant to try again
But they won't approve a phantom charge; it's there or it's not there

Note: When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. Also do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.
Hope this helps!

@Albertadreaming when entering in the credit card information if you live in an appt or don't put in the appt number just use the civic street address, and for the postal code do put in any spaces.

Your address need to be exactly the same as in your credit card account.
Never add any problem with Public Mobile.

I had a similar experience when my payment won't get deducted automatically. There was an issue with my card's CVV number I think and removing the card from my account and adding it again helped. It is little confusing to do but I never had payment issues again. I would recommend trying that or contacting a moderator.

Accepted credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.
There is no call center but you can submit a ticket to a moderator is you need further assistance.
f you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help -> on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

My experience was pretty seamless. Do you have an account number so you can see your plan details and make changes to your account online?
