I need to make payment for my son and I only have his mobile number

if you only has his phone number and does not have the access to his Public Mobile My Account , you can only pay by voucher.  
you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher  by calling 1.855.4PUBLIC , then enter your son's phone number
