i forgot my email registered to my account and it’s asking me for a verification code but I cannot get the number in order for me to pay my bill

Try conducting a search in your emails you think you used for your account with PM welcoming you to PM.

@Domingos1 is your account current suspended and you cannot send the code to your phone?
Did you try to use Reset Password? You can try your email address
If you cannot reset password using that, open a ticket with PM CS agent to get your My Account access back first, then you can make the payment
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You can use 611 to make payments. Buy a voucher or if you have a registered card and your 4 digit account pin then you can use that. Or use real time payments in some stores.
