My bill is very high BUT the amount of service that I use is very low. How can I reduce my charges?

Waiting for a cheaper plan to show up in your change subscription is possible, but can be time consuming. I would only do this if you have an older account with lots of referrals or accrued benefits like bonus data etc.

Porting out and porting back in is the fastest way. But if you do this, you will lose any accrued referrals or bonuses.

Downgrading to a less-expensive plan is sometimes possible by regularly checking which personalized plans are available for you via the app and/or website

I was able to downgrade from a $39 to $27 plan though it took two billing cycles

Sadly Public Mobile doesn't allow for downgrading. You can check the app, manage subscription and see what plans are offered. The only other way is to port out to another service and port back in to a lower plan.

What plan you have? PM plans are lower price than others

Go to My Account 's Change Subscription page and check what option you have.
