Inexplicable Bill Increase

My bill increased inexplicably from its usual $17.10 (i.e., $15 x 1.14 for HST) to $17.59 for this month (Aug 2025). On the website, my plan is still listed as $15. So, what goes on?

I have discovered it was a 911 charge increase.

you are in NS?  the increase was 0.43+HST?  The difference is the 911 charges that started in July 31.  Most carriers now charge this new fess for the government
