Monthly Bill Increased

WillyJ
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hello,

I recently got a new phone and switched to an esim (the old phone had a physical sim) I purchased a $5 esim to complete the process and now my monthly service bill seems to have increased from $35 to $45 per month. Why the increase? How do I go back to $35/month as I had in the past?

Also, I previously purchased 15 days of calling and texting while in the USA and I would like confirmation that I have done so correctly and am not being charged for roaming while here (when completing the phone switch I did receive a text regarding roaming in the US).

Please advise - thank you.
