Why is it so difficult to pay my bill or get help. EverSafe is continuously asking to update password. I’ve been at this for 2 hours and still haven’t paid my bill. It was so simple n now it is very frustrating. Please help me.

Did you enable Subscribed (AutoPay) using you CC on record?
Been with PM for over 2 years on AutoPay…no worries about paying bills on time…no hassles…no frustrations.

Dialing 611 to use your credit card needs your 4 digit account pin.
You can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and dial 611 to enter them that does not need the account pin.
You can use the real time payments method in some stores.
Once paid then you can take your time to figure out this stupid new login system.

you should got ask to update password contantly, was it a 2FA security code it is waiting for? or you are not at that screen yet?

If your payment card is already saved in your Public Mobile account, paymennt can be made by dialing 611.
