Hi I need help, I have been charged eventhough I ported my number to Telus, please some agent reply.

The money suppose to be collected on 26 but they collected on 24 eventhough I was not on automatic payments and I have canceled my subscription as well.

you got charged after you ported to Telus?
you can engage support and ask them to check and refund if so
