Hi,
I would like to pause my subscription. I have tried to do it via my account but there is no option to do that by following the steps listed online.
Thanks,
Malik

So your credit card company blocked your account for suspicious activity. Once you sort it out with them, your cc will be fine for future purchases. But Public Mobile will not attempt it again for this cycle, until next renewal.
I signed into my account and the manage subscription , was there under the Payment tab. Not sure why you dont see it.
But I would contact customer service and asked them to remove the cc if you cannot do it yourself. You can create a ticket through the chat bubble on your screen.

HI @malikyavari
the "Subscribed" toggle is on this page
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription
But login My Account first, then copy and paste the link
or if you really cannot find that toggle, open a ticket with PM support and ask them to remove the credit card for you (you can add that back later when ready)
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:

I was in the US and used my card there, so apparently, the bank decided to decline all online transactions. I will call them and sort this out but I am afraid Public Mobile will be able to charge my card for the next cycle which I want to avoid(because I don't need this phone number for now), hence, the question I raised about pausing subscription altogether.

Why did your bank declined the monthly payment?
I assume they will decide future payment . Your account will be suspended for nonpayment.

Just to provide some background information - my latest payment failed to be processed because the bank declined it, so the next month cycle didn't renew automatically. I wonder though, when the next month cycle starts, would it try to renew automatically? I would like to avoid this, so I will not be charged.

I don't have any option to unsubscribe in the Subscriptions tab either:

You can also find it under Subscription and Add-ON. Its called Manage Subscription. Turn SUBSCRIBED to off. You will have up to 90 days to re subscribe.

You are in the Payment tab.
You need to go to the Subscription & Add-on tab then disable Subscribe button.

I don't have that option.

hi @malikyavari
make sure you have no Available Funds
pause the plan by going to My Account, then Payment page and Manage Subscriptions and turn off Subscribed. The plan will then pause at the end of the current cycle
