if you have used the app to complete the activation, the eSIM have already installed. You can check Settings->Cellular or the Sim Manager screen
but make sure your old carrier sim card is removed, or disable the old carrier esim. After making PM esim the only sim showing there as active, make sure you toggle on Turn on this line and it is set as Primary. You can then reboot the phone and Reset Network settings and try

What have you done so far? What step are you at?
Did you download the Public Mobile app to your phone and activate it that way? Did you receive a QR Code in your email?Because the app can download it for you automatically or can manually do it yourself through the QR Code sent to your email. You would need to do this from another device or a computer.
