I need help to create a new password and I cannot receive the link

 @Kachou01 : The chatbot ticket process is not difficult. I typed in "password reset" and clicked through all the negatives and ended up with a ticket. Then you use your community login and then verify with your 4 digit PIN.

Just open a support ticket.....wait times have been about 15 minutes this week. Save yourself the frustration. Or send a private message...

 

Contact the moderators by sending a private message and leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information:

 

  1. Full name and address on account. ( Or province and postal code for newer accounts.)
  2. Email, phone # and pin #.

 

 If you cannot remember your pin # include at least three of the following:

 

  1. Date of birth (n/a on newer accounts.)
  2. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
  3. Alternate phone number if any.
  4. Security question and answer.
  5. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
  6. Last 4 digits of sim card.
  7. Any rewards in your account.
  8. Autopay y/n?
  9. Account #.
  10. Frequently called/texted phone numbers in the last 30 days.

 

The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses today. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

 

Do not post any of this info in the community only in your private messages when communicating or contacting the Moderator_Team.

 @Kachou01 : So that sounds like you entered the two email addresses correctly and answered your security question correctly and it all seemed to complete successfully...right? And you used the same email address as the one you got the welcome email to?

As a curiosity, how long is your email address you used here?

 

Edit: and don't use autofill.

You might want to  open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot:

      Type: forgot log in information
       Then Click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

Yes I’m sure I didn’t received it. I check in the spam section, there’s nothing..

 @Kachou01 : If you've lost access to the inbox of the registered email address then you'll need to contact the moderators. (if that's what you mean by "cannot")

@Kachou01  make sure you check your Spam folder.

 

Also, are you certain the email address you used?  If not or in doubt, you can try the Forgot password link for all possible email you might have used and see which one is the "ultimate winner"
