Password wont reset

I'm going out of my mind trying to reset my password so I can reactivate my account I need help

Not surprised that dealing with our buddy SIMon feels as though you're losing your mind. I find wearing the correct headgear, ignoring SIMon and just sending a private message helps.

Are you using an email alias wth a plus sign (+) for your account? This can cause problems recieving the password reset email. Instead you can pay by pm payment vouchers via 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone #. Or you can use the card on file if you know your 4 digit account PIN #. Once you reactivate your account you can reset your password by receiving the reset code via SMS text. This post gives you the alternative options for reactivating your account.

I had this issue before. cannot remember what eventually did it. but try a different device. or clear browser and restart device.

Since PM website has caches issue, so clear caches , cookies then using computer and private or incognito mode browser to reset your password.

Hi @Meanjean69 did you try using Private/Incognito/secret   mode to reset password and login My Account? 

 

if it does not work, open ticket with CS agent

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
