I am not able to sign in, and my account lock.
I tried to reset the password, but the notification showed me that I needed to contact help.

If you created an account and was locked out, wait an hour and try logging into your account then click Forgot Password and answer your security question.

Submit a ticket via SIMon. Type "password reset" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your support request. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatarvat the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.
