Hello, can't reset my password or submit a ticket.

I also can't log in to see if the information is in my name or my son's.

My credit card expired and I need to update it.

@Maxs_mom hi if you can't reset your account and you are having trouble with simon a cs agent can update your cc and reset your email account

@Maxs_mom   For your My account, you will have 2 different email addresses to login for the 2 PM accounts you have (one email one account)

 

Since you cannot reset it yourself, please message PM Support and they will sort that out for you
