Password reset problem

This message comes up when I attempt resetting my password. “There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later.”

I am also getting this error today and have tried several times following the instructions very carefully.

@Darenwu pleas try ty again using Incgonito mode or try on another browser

 

if that still does not work, open ticket with PM support

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
